Ski-out chalet in Chenus area

Set in Hameau de la Volière, Chalet Cryst’Aile is one of three chalets in this private enclave in the Chenus area of Courchevel 1850. The position gives guests quick access to the slopes, while La Croisette, the ski school meeting points and the centre of 1850 are only a short drive away.

The chalet is arranged across five floors, with an internal lift connecting the levels. The contemporary interiors are by Christophe Tollemer, with grey and beige tones, clean-lined furniture, designer lighting and large windows that bring in the surrounding trees and mountain views.

The main living floor sits at the top of the chalet and opens onto a large terrace with views across Courchevel 1850 and the surrounding peaks. The living room is centred around a large fireplace, with space for the group to gather after skiing. Alongside, the dining table seats 12, while the kitchen is well set up for the chef to prepare meals during a fully serviced stay.

Chalet Cryst’Aile sleeps 12 guests across six en-suite bedrooms. Four out of the six bedrooms have either balcony or terrace access. The master bedroom has an office area and balcony, while the three bedrooms on the lower level open onto a terrace with a hot tub, perfect for unwinding after skiing.

Located on the lowest level, the spa includes an indoor swimming pool, indoor Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, gym, massage room and bar. The chalet also has several spaces to relax beyond the main living area, including a children’s playroom, a cinema room, a games room, and a wine tasting room.

Good to Know

Space & Layout:

The bedrooms are all fixed doubles rather than twins, so the layout is less flexible for mixed groups who need twin-bed arrangements.
The hot tub is accessed from the corridor or the two lower-floor bedrooms.
Two parking spaces are available to guests

Suitability for Groups:

Cryst'Aile has plenty of space for the whole group to spread out. For larger groups, the chalet interconnects to Chalet Bastidons on the wellness level to accommodate up to 24 guests.

Location & Access

Chalet Cryst'Aile is a luxury retreat in Courchevel 1850’s prestigious Chenus area, offering ski-out access

Distance to Piste: Ski-out to the red Dou du Midi piste, which takes you down to the Plantrey chairlift or carries on down to the Tovets chairlift. You can return on skis down the same piste to within 70 metres of the chalet.
Distance to Ski Lifts: Short ski to Plantrey or Tovets, or 3-minute drive to main lift hub at La Croisette.
Distance to Courchevel 1850 Centre: 3-minute drive or 9-minute walk
