In this unique chalet, charismatic Russian businessman Oleg Tinkov has combined his passion for sports with his love of luxurious comfort and exceptional style. Situated in the highest part of Courchevel 1850, less than a kilometre from the resort centre, ski lifts and ski schools, the chalet offers stunning views. With 938m² of opulent living space spread over six floors and connected by stairs and an elevator, the chalet can accommodate 10 guests in glamorous style and comfort.

Traditional chalet style elements such as natural upholstery, wooden floors, walls and furniture feature throughout the interior. To give the chalet its distinctive Russian feel, the designers have used real fur for drapery, ethnic Russian patterns for the fireplace chimney, and gold leaf coverings for chandeliers and floor lamps.

Located on the second floor is a living area with vaulted ceilings, various seating arrangements and a huge dining area with eye-catching chandeliers.

A central fireplace not only creates a focal point within the room but also serves to create a natural divide between the living room and dining area. Overlooking the dining area is an open-plan kitchen and corner bar. The whole area has access to a balcony.

Chalet La Datcha has five beautifully furnished bedrooms spread over three floors, each with its own TV, en suite bathroom, large wardrobe and balcony. The 50m² master bedroom has two dressing rooms and an office area with mountain views.

On the lower floor is a tranquil relaxation area with a superb spa, featuring a swimming pool with a waterfall feature, a massage room and fitness area. Guests can work out in the gym and afterwards use a sauna or a hammam to relax their muscles. In true Russian tradition, there is an ice fountain near the hammam and sauna. It generates small ice particles you can rub on your skin to tone it and feel more refreshed after the steam.

Throughout the chalet, the owner’s love for wine is evident. In the living area, there is a wine showcase next to the bar, and on a lower level, a wine cellar. On the lowest level, there is a large underground garage with space for up to nine vehicles.
