Situated in the heart of the exclusive Jardin Alpin, at the top of the famous Alpine Garden facing the Three Valleys, Chalet L'Amarante, with its own private ski-in/ski-out entrance, gives access to the world-famous ski area of Courchevel 1850. It enjoys stunning views of the surrounding mountains from its unique vantage point at the top of the former Olympic ski jump. With an area of more than 500m², the spacious chalet is spread over five levels connected by stairs and a lift. Ten guests can be accommodated in five en-suite bedrooms.

The esteemed Parisian designers, India Mahdavi and Joseph Dirand, have created this unique home following the same principles as the hotel, a relaxing contemporary design with a sense of place in these Alpine surroundings. Burgundies, deep greens and woody hues give a rich tone to the surroundings, while soft furs, cashmere and wool plaid create a cosy ambience.

Guests enter via a private entrance on the ground floor and go through to a lobby with access to the chalet’s lift. The ground floor houses a kitchen, dining room and a lounge with a TV area, fireplace and bar.

Chalet L'Amarante has five en-suite bedrooms. The upper floors house two king-size bedrooms complete with private bathrooms, sitting areas and dressing rooms. One even has a steam bath for the ultimate in-house relaxation. Both have balcony access. The top floor presents a unique ‘mansard’ or attic room, which also has its own bathroom, sitting area, bureau and dressing room. The chalet also has two bedrooms with bathrooms and dressing rooms.

On the lowest level is a luxurious private spa with a Jacuzzi, sauna and couples treatment room. Also on this level is a ski room with piste access and a relaxation area. Next door is a modern cinema room with video on demand.

Furthermore, guests have direct access to all the services of the luxury hotel L’Apogée Courchevel, just steps away. Chalet guests can enjoy the hotel’s stylish bars, superb cuisine, cigar lounge, boutiques and all the leisure facilities, including the heated indoor swimming pool and the spa.
