Close to the village centre, the shops, bars and restaurants are also on your doorstep. Built on the owner's grandmother's garden in 2001, Chalet Le 1946 was completely renovated in 2021. Named 1946, it pays homage to the creation of the resort and to the owner's grandfather who contributed to the construction of Courchevel Le Praz.

The main living area, located on the ground floor, is open-plan with a beautiful stone fireplace and contemporary Italian sofa. A selection of TV platforms are available including Netflix, Canal + and Sky Sports.

The dining area has a large table seating up to 14 people whilst the kitchen is well-equipped with a Jura bean coffee machine as well as a wine cellar.

Chalet Le 1946 is able to accommodate a total of 12 guests across six en-suite bedrooms. The superb master suite on the first floor features a king-size double bed (which can be turned into twins) and a spacious en-suite shower room. A second twin/king-size double with en-suite bathroom is also located on this level along with two more queen-size double bedrooms featuring en-suite shower rooms. On the ground floor is a small queen-size double and on the lowest level another twin/king-size double bedroom.

Tailor-made for relaxation, Chalet Le 1946 welcomes you home from the slopes with its private wellness area. Here you will find a sauna, hammam and indoor hot tub with mountain views as well as herbal teas, fresh fruit and a Bluetooth speaker to play music of your choice. Other facilities include a laundry and ski room which is shared with adjacent chalet Le 1992.
