Nestled in the hamlet of Courbaton in Arc 1600, sits Chalet Bela Vya 1, a stunning semi-detached chalet with a classic Alpine exterior. Situated just 900 metres from both the centre of the resort and the closest ski lift, the property provides a gateway to the Paradiski area. Every corner of this 200-square-metre property has been carefully designed using a mix of traditional and contemporary materials, resulting in the ultimate mountain retreat.

The ground floor of this property features a stunning open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is well-equipped and features an island that extends into a dining table, where lively family meals can be enjoyed. A large corner sofa and comfortable armchairs sit adjacent to a cosy fireplace which provides the perfect space after a long day on the mountain.

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors flood this space with light and open directly onto the terrace.

Five individually decorated bedrooms are spread across three floors and each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. On the top floor, there is a large master bedroom with its own living area, office space and en-suite with a freestanding bath. There are two double bedrooms located on the first floor. The final bedroom, the family room, is located on the ground floor and features two bunk beds and two single beds - perfect for children or teenagers to share. This room is also home to a TV, sofa area and beanbags.

Panoramic views featuring Mont Blanc can be enjoyed from the spa and wellness area on the ground floor terrace. Alternate between the outdoor swimming pool, sauna and Nordic bath, or soak up the Alpine sun from the relaxation area. There is also an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy an al fresco meal on warmer evenings.

Location

Chalet Bela Vya 1 enjoys a convenient and peaceful setting in Les Arcs, ideally situated for easy access to both the slopes and resort amenities. Located just 400 metres from the nearest piste, guests can enjoy a short walk before clipping into their skis and setting off for a day on the mountain. The chalet is a leisurely 18-minute walk from the resort centre whilst the shuttle service provides access to Les Arc 1600s central lift hub.
