Situated within the prestigious Falcon Resort, Chalet K enjoys panoramic views across the Méribel valley, a peaceful setting just a short walk from the slopes, and inviting interiors.

A lift serves three of the four floors, with the open-plan living area found on the first floor, forming the heart of the chalet. Exposed beams and vaulted ceilings create a bright and spacious atmosphere, while large floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a balcony framing the stunning valley views.

Comfortable sofas provide a relaxing space to gather, with a feature fireplace and nearby TV area enhancing the cosy atmosphere.

Behind the living area, the elegant dining space and modern kitchen complete the open-plan layout.

Chalet K sleeps up to 10 adults and 4 children across six bedrooms. The third floor has two double bedrooms with en-suites and balcony access. On the second floor, there’s another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a quad bunk room with an en-suite shower room. The remaining two double bedrooms are on the ground floor, both with balcony access and en-suite shower rooms.

Guests can unwind in the chalet’s spa facilities, which include a sauna and an outdoor hot tub accessed via the two bedrooms on the ground floor.

Layout & Space:

Please note that the hot tub on the lower terrace is only accessible through Bedrooms 5 and 6.
The lower level is only accessible by stairs, as the elevator does not reach this floor.

There is one allocated parking place in a private and secure underground car park. A second parking spot is available for an additional charge, on request & depending on availability.
Within the Falcon resort lies the Annaski ski shop, where you can rent ski and snowboard gear.
