Set below the Pleney slopes and around a 15-minute walk from the centre of Morzine, Chalet 46 feels fresher and lighter than many traditional-style chalets, with a more contemporary decorative style that still respects the character of the original farmhouse.

The main living space is set on the top floor, where the sitting area, dining space and kitchen are all brought together under the eaves. It is a welcoming room, with mountain views and a warm, informal feel.

There's even a beer tap on the kitchen island for guests to pull their own pint.

The chalet's outside space is one of its main draws. The terrace and garden are both generous, with attractive views and ample space to spread out. The large hot tub is ideal for unwinding after skiing, while the fire pit, barbecue and pizza oven encourage groups to enjoy aperitifs, relaxed dinners or long evenings outside together.

The lower-ground spa and cinema level gives guests more space to retreat to. The treatment room and sauna are particularly welcome after skiing, while the cinema room works well for relaxed evenings together.

Location

Chalet 46° enjoys a peaceful yet convenient setting, nestled below the Pleney slopes and within a 15-minute walk of Morzine’s centre. For skiers, both the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts are just a short drive away.

Space & Layout:

The chalet can accommodate everyone around one table, though for larger groups it feels more comfortable if children dine separately. There is also additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar.
Bedroom 1 features a sunken bath set into the floor. It is a striking detail, though it may be less practical for elderly guests or very young children.
With a bath open to the bedroom, Bedrooms 1 & 2 are better suited to a couple or family members.
Although the additional cabin beds in Bedroom 2 are full-size singles, they are better suited to children, as they are built into alcoves and are accessed through the bathroom area.
The ski room is shared with Apartment 6, though alternative arrangements can be made if preferred.

Design & Style:

There are several low beams throughout the chalet, particularly in the top-floor living area.

Suitability for Groups:

Chalet 46 can be combined with Apartment 6, a separate annexe below the property, to accommodate up to 20 guests in total.
