Set over three floors, Chalet Lorne is a bright, modern chalet with a fresh, understated feel throughout.
The main living space is open-plan, with two seating areas, a dining area and large windows opening onto the terrace. It is bright and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and wide valley views, and has a more modern feel than a traditional alpine chalet.
The wrap-around terrace makes the most of the sunny position of the chalet, with far-reaching views across the valley to the village of Côte-d'Arbroz.
The five en-suite bedrooms are compact yet comfortable with generous en-suite shower rooms.
There are plenty of ways to relax after a day on the mountain, from soaking in the hot tub on the terrace to settling into the cinema room for the evening. The chalet also has a separate laundry room, which is particularly useful for longer stays. Parking is available in front of the garage.

The chalet enjoys a quiet, forest setting overlooking the Parc des Dereches and is situated a few minutes' drive from Morzine as you head towards Montriond. It is well-located for the free bus service, which takes you to the Ardent lift or the town centre.
- Distance to Ski Lifts: 15-minute walk or an 8-minute drive to the Super Morzine gondola and a 6-minute drive to the Pléney gondola
- Distance to Montriond Centre: 9-minute walk
- Distance to Morzine Centre: 7-minute drive or an 18-minute walk
Insider Insights
Location & Access:
- In winter, we would usually recommend adding a driver service here. The road to the chalet is steep, with limited room for turning, and can be awkward when the roads are icy.
- The walk into town takes around 20 minutes and is relatively flat, so it is manageable in good conditions, but the chalet is better suited to guests who are happy not to rely on walking everywhere.

- The living area is minimalist in style, with a more contemporary feel than a traditional cosy chalet.

- For larger groups, Chalet Lorne can be rented together with Chalet Blanc to accommodate up to 20 + 2 guests.
