Chalet Mont Des Anges is one of the more distinctive chalets in Morzine. From the outside, it appears relatively understated, but the house is built into the hillside and opens up across three floors, with the best of it revealed as you move through the property.

The location, between Morzine and Montriond, works well for guests seeking a quieter position with open views, while still being within walking distance of the centre of Morzine.

Contemporary yet comfortable, Chalet Mont Des Anges features a south-west-facing terrace, where the infinity pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit all look out over the Parc des Dérêches forest, open fields, and Roc d’Enfer beyond. The terrace connects directly to the wellness area, which includes a sauna, so it is easy to move between the two.

On the third floor, the open-plan living area makes the most of the views, with floor-to-ceiling doors framing the surrounding mountains. There is a large wood-burning stove at the centre of the sitting area, while the dining table seats 14 guests beneath statement lighting. Elsewhere, the cocktail bar and cinema room provide plenty of space and entertainment for evenings in.

The chalet sleeps up to 14 guests across five double or twin bedrooms and a bunk room on the lower floor, providing a layout that works well for larger family groups or groups of friends.

There is also an office nook with access to an Apple desktop computer, a ski equipment area with boot warmers and parking for four cars on the driveway.
