Penthouse Joy occupies the top two floors of an apartment building just outside Morzine. With its generous layout and duplex design, it feels far more like a spacious chalet than an apartment.

Located on the top floor, and reached by an internal staircase, the main living area is particularly striking, with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views across Morzine towards Avoriaz.

The kitchen is centred around a large central island, while the dining table seats 12. The sitting area has enough space for the whole group to gather comfortably. Outside, the hot tub sits on the balcony with far-reaching views over town.

The apartment sleeps up to 12 guests (eight adults and four children). There are three double or twin bedrooms on the upper level, and downstairs, a family room combines a double or twin bed with bunks. The cinema room, equipped with Sonos & PlayStation 5, can also sleep two on a sofa bed.

A private ski room with heated boot racks, two underground garages for two cars, and a laundry area add to the practicality of the stay.

Location:

While the property is listed as ski-in/ski-out, this is only possible in good snow conditions and involves skiing off-piste, so it would not be suitable for beginners. The nearest piste is approximately 100 metres away.
The walk back from Morzine is steep, so most guests are likely to prefer driving or using local transport rather than walking home from the centre. A 24-hour driver service is available on request at additional cost.

Penthouse Joy is located on Route Des Nants within Les Terrasses des Nants apartment building, just a short drive from the centre of Morzine.

Distance to Piste: With the blue run, Retour des Nants, running behind the property, you can ski off the trail and across a gentle field to the side of the apartment building (depending on snowfall and ability). The run leads down to the Pleney gondola & Cruzas quad chairlift.
Distance to Ski Lifts: 2-minute drive to the FYS and Teleseige du Pre Favre chairlifts, 3-minute drive to the Pléney gondola or a 5-minute drive to the Super Morzine gondola
Distance to Morzine Centre: 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk
