Nestled in the forest beside a stream and surrounded by ski slopes, Chalet Il Gufo's position is unbeatable. With ski-in/ski-out access to the adjacent red piste from the ski room, this is an ideal chalet for keen skiers looking to make the most of their time on the slopes. Il Gufo also offers incredible views of the iconic Matterhorn and surrounding peaks.

Inside, the interior is a vision of contemporary design. Built to directly face the Matterhorn, the open-plan living area showcases the incredible scenery through double-height windows. Relax beside the fireplace, sink in to the comfortable sofas or take in the crisp air on the balcony. The artisan wooden dining table seats 14 people whilst the modern kitchen is fully-equipped for preparing delicious meals.

Chalet Il Gufo accommodates up to 14 guests across six en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom has Apple Home Pod minis & individually controlled thermostats. There are three spacious fixed doubles, two twin/doubles and a bunk room with with four queen-size beds. The bunk room has a climbing wall and a ladder leading to a secret den in the eaves of the chalet.

Tailor-made for entertaining, Chalet Il Gufo has everything required to keep both grown-ups and children busy. Push through a secret door and you'll find a games and cinema room with pool, table tennis and table football all available. The sumptuous sofa can be extended to create a full-length lounge that fits everyone to enjoy movie nights with popcorn or sweets from the bar.

There's also a heated 10-metre indoor pool where you can enjoy a relaxing swim or a game of waterpolo. Further relaxation can be found in the indoor steam room or outside in the eight-person Jacuzzi. Afterwards, gather around the firepit on the terrace and toast marshmallows.

If you still have energy to burn, the boutique gym features a Technogym treadmill, dumbbell weights, Swiss ball, Pilates blocks and resistance bands.

Location

The chalet is located a short walk from the main street & a 4-minute walk from the main ski lifts. It is accessible via a private tunnel under the ski piste accessed via a private gated road. The chalet offers ski-in/ski-out access too via the adjacent red piste which takes you down to the gondola.
