Located on Chemin de Plan Pra, down a private driveway in a peaceful part of Verbier, Chalet Rock is an attractive stone and timber chalet offering mesmerizing mountain views from one of its many terraces. The village centre is just a five minute drive from the property.
With state-of-the-art wood pellet and solar-powered heating and ventilation systems, the chalet is both wonderfully warm and environmentally-friendly. Beautifully designed in a contemporary style, the chalet exudes luxury with exquisite furnishings and exceptional amenities. Chalet Rock accommodates up to ten guests across five en-suite bedrooms.
Set over four floors, the chalet offers light and spacious living areas. A double-height living room with floor-to-ceiling panoramic French windows is located on the first floor. Comfortable sofas and armchairs are set around a fireplace and TV whilst doors open onto a large south-facing balcony, furnished with sun loungers and giant beanbags, perfect for post-ski relaxation on sunny days.
On the lower ground floor is a superb cinema room as well as second living room with TV, games consoles and a pool table - a great spot for children or teenagers to relax. There is also an outdoor hot tub on one of the terraces, with fantastic views of the Mont Blanc massif.
Chalet Rock has five stylish bedrooms, all with en-suites. The master bedroom has spectacular views and a spacious modern bathroom.
