Luxury Ski Chalets Verbier

Verbier is a ski paradise in the heart of the Swiss Alps.

Perched on a sunny plateau in the heart of the mountains, Verbier attracts skiers and snowboarders from all over the world with extensive slopes catering for a range of abilities. Famed for its vibrant nightlife and luxury ski chalets, Verbier also offers village charm and spectacular views of Mont Blanc and Le Grand Combin.

As its name suggests, Place Centrale is Verbier’s main hub and home to a multitude of exclusive shops, bars, restaurants, high-end hotels and apartments.  Approximately 500 metres from Place Centrale is the main lift station, Médran, a prime location for those wishing to remain in close proximity to both the town and the slopes. Boasting many of the larger luxury chalets in Verbier, Savoleyres and the Swedish Quarter are the resorts most prestigious areas to stay, offering privacy and seclusion whilst remaining close to the town centre.

Acting as a gateway to Les 4 Vallees, Verbier is connected to the slopes of Thyon, Nendaz, Veysonnaz, and other small resorts, giving access to around 410 km of pistes as well as some of the best off-piste skiing in the world. The resort has a superb lift system and one of the best snow records in the Alps with good snow-making facilities on the lower slopes. Although a paradise for experts and free riders, Verbier also caters for beginners with nursery slopes Les Moulins and Les Esserts close to the centre of the village, and there are a number of intermediate runs between Attelas and the village.

Verbier is the perfect place for party-lovers who also take their slopes seriously.

Away from the slopes, Verbier has plenty of activities to occupy the non-skier, from dog sledding and paragliding to snowshoeing and climbing. The resort also has an ice rink and several spas ideal for relaxation after a day on the slopes. Excursions to nearby Montreux and Martigny are also recommended.
