Impressive six-bedroom chalet

Located in the centre of Lech, Chalech M is one of five chalets in the newly-built Chalech complex. Convenient for the slopes and the town, the chalet is just a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village and a five-minute walk from the nearest ski lift. Set over three floors accessible by lift or stairs, the chalet exudes modern alpine charm with wood-panelled walls and sumptuous fabrics throughout.

The main entrance on the top floor of the chalet leads you into a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. At its centre is a statement wood-burning fireplace, which can be enjoyed when lounging on the comfortable sofas or enjoying meals around the elegant dining table. The well-equipped kitchen has a dedicated wine cabinet and central island seating four people.

A sliding door provides access to a wonderful semi-enclosed furnished deck with heater lamps - ideal for enjoying the mountain scenery as the evening rolls in. Just behind the living area is a TV snug - a great spot for children or teens to relax after a day on the mountain. Chalech M also has its own spa facilities, which include a sauna, hammam, relaxation area and rain shower.

Further relaxation can be found in the residence's spa, which is shared with the other four Chalech properties. This stunning wellness area has a spacious relaxation area with loungers, a fabulous indoor swimming pool and a gym. A ski room with lockers allocated to individual chalets and laundry facilities are also available.

Chalech M can accommodate up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. The master suite is particularly impressive; housed on the first floor, guests can enjoy a king-size bed, an open-plan bathroom with TV, a bioethanol fireplace, a walk-through wardrobe and a private balcony with incredible views. Two twin/double bedrooms are located on the first floor, and a further two twin/double bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. There's an additional bunk room with access to the shower in the private spa.

Location

Chalech M is one of five exclusive chalets in the Chalech residence, a short stroll from the ski lifts and village centre. The residence is close to three bus stops with buses passing frequently, making it very convenient for accessing the slopes and the town.
