New for the 2021/22 season, Apartment Marmotta 2 has an ideal location right on the slopes which lead straight down to the Nasserein lift. The village centre is around a two-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the apartment. Situated on the first floor with access via an elevator, the apartment has been built in a contemporary alpine style and features plenty of wood throughout. On the upper level is an open-plan living and dining area with ample space for eight people. There is also a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals.

Guests have access to a balcony off the living area where they can enjoy the wonderful views over St Anton and the surrounding snow-capped peaks. Apartment Marmotta 2 has four comfortable double bedrooms accommodating eight guests, all with en-suite bathrooms (three shower rooms and one bathroom). Guests staying here also have access to a sauna, relaxation/quiet room and ski room which is shared with the other apartments in the building.
