Luxury Ski Holidays in Courchevel Le Praz

Located on a plateau at the bottom of wooded slopes, Courchevel Le Praz is the epitome of an authentic mountain village. The lowest of the four villages that make up Courchevel, Le Praz is by far the most attractive with winding cobbled streets and traditional luxury ski chalets.

While the village might not have the range of shops and restaurants found in Courchevel 1850, there are still plenty of good cafés and restaurants to choose from.

Although it’s smaller than the other Courchevel villages, luxury chalets in Courchevel Le Praz are on the rise, and with the new cable car to Courchevel 1850, this is only set to continue.

One of the highlights of Courchevel Le Praz has to be the famous ski jumps that were built for the 1992 Albertville Winter Olympics, and international competitions continue to be held here. Non-skiers staying in Le Praz can also enjoy a variety of alternative winter activities throughout the villages of Courchevel including ice-skating and snowmobiling.
