Ideally positioned at the entrance to Vallée de la Manche, Chalet Aubois offers a peaceful yet convenient base just a two-minute drive from the centre of Morzine and one minute from the Nyon ski lift. Two frequent ski shuttle services run from the road just below the chalet, providing excellent access to all major lift stations, while the town centre is within comfortable walking distance: around 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
Set over three floors, the chalet boasts panoramic views across the Morzine valley and towards the Pleney and Nyon pistes. The main living area occupies the second floor. Here you'll find a spacious open-plan lounge and dining space with two separate sitting areas, a log fireplace, and a large TV.
A modern, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for hosting, and the generous terrace offers a stunning backdrop for al fresco dining during the warmer months.
Entertainment and relaxation are well catered for. The first level features a cinema room with a DVD library and gaming console, as well as a SONOS sound system.
A large outdoor hot tub invites guests to soak while taking in the surrounding mountain views.
Chalet Aubois accommodates up to 10 adults and two children across five flexible bedrooms, all of which can be configured as twin or king-size doubles. The master suite opens onto a private balcony, and three of the bedrooms benefit from en-suite facilities. The remaining two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and separate shower. An additional sofa bed in the cinema room offers further sleeping space if required.
For practicality, there is parking for four vehicles, a secure garage, and a ski room with heated boot and glove warmers.
