Located just above the road linking Morzine to Montriond, Chalet Xanadu is the perfect base for families or larger groups. This brand new six-bedroom chalet has plenty to offer, from its boho-chic interior design to its sun-drenched balconies overlooking the Morzine valley.

Spanning six levels, the chalet provides ample space to relax and socialise together. The main entrance leads into an impressive lobby with space for storing jackets and helmets, plus a boot room with heated boot warmers. At the heart of the chalet is the Scandinavian-style open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Unwind beside

the roaring fire and enjoy meals around the elegant dining table. Tucked around the corner is a TV area with comfy armchairs and beanbags.

Chalet Xanadu sleeps up to 16 guests across six bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom or shower room. Three bedrooms can be configured as double bedrooms, with super king-size beds, or as twins. There are two fixed super king-size doubles and a bunk room with four double beds. On the top floor is a kids' den which can double up as an extra sleeping area, accommodating another two guests on request.

The wellness area, complete with a large indoor sauna and shower, provides the perfect spot to unwind. Head outside and soak your weary muscles in the outdoor hot tub where you can enjoy the view with a glass of something chilled. Chalet Xanadu has six off-street parking spaces and a big garage that can be used for storage only (ideal for bikes and ski equipment).

Location

The chalet is located on the road linking Morzine to Montriond. It is around a 10-15 minute walk alongside the road to the suspension bridge, which leads you to the Super Morzine lift and the town's bars and restaurants.

Distance to Ski Lifts: 8-minute drive to the Pléney gondola & a 9-minute drive to the Super Morzine cable car
Distance to Morzine Centre: 7-minute drive or a 32-minute walk

Layout:

Chalet Xanadu can accommodate a range of group types, with flexible sleeping configurations throughout. The quad bunk bedroom features four double beds and can sleep up to eight children. In addition, a den on the top floor can sleep a further two children; however, this space has restricted head height and access only to a WC, with guests needing to use their parents’ en-suite bathroom facilities.
