The slopes are only a four-minute drive away, while the town centre is within easy walking distance or just a two-minute drive. Once on the mountain, the two main gondolas provide easy access to the wider Niseko ski area and its four interconnected villages, celebrated for exceptional off-piste terrain and a variety of pistes suited to all levels.
The main living space is located on the second floor, where an inviting open-plan layout creates a warm and sociable atmosphere.
The cosy lounge centres around a smart TV and opens onto a balcony, while the dining area enjoys uninterrupted views of Mount Yotei. Adjoining this space is the well-equipped, modern kitchen, ideal for relaxed meals and evenings together.
The villa accommodates up to six guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master double bedroom is found on the ground floor and features terrace access, a dressing room, and an en-suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms, a twin and a double, are located on the first floor, each complete with its own en-suite shower room.
