Ski-in apartment in Val d'Isere

One of seven apartments located in Residence Myrtille, Apartment Lorenzo is ideally situated for accessing the slopes with the main lifts just a few minutes' walk away. At the end of the day, it is possible to ski back to the front door. This well-appointed, 125m² duplex apartment is set over the third and fourth floors of the residence, which lies at the foot of the Solaise forest.

Cosy and inviting, the apartment is full of Alpine charm teamed with modern comforts. An open-plan living area, with comfy seating set around a fireplace and flat-screen TV, is ideal for relaxing in the evening.

The dining area seats eight, and there is a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, Nespresso machine and separate wine fridge. Two separate balconies are accessible from the living area. From here, you can enjoy views of the village and the infamous La Face slope.

Apartment Lorenzo can accommodate six adults and two children across four en-suite bedrooms. Three bedrooms, with private west-facing balconies, are located on the main floor - a master bedroom with bath and shower, a double/twin bedroom and a bunk room. On the upper floor is a second double/twin bedroom with full-height windows offering stunning views.

Guests have access to a ski locker with boot warmers and a laundry room in the residence, as well as two covered parking spaces.

Part of the Myrtille Residence, the apartment is conveniently located a short walk from the Old Town and the foot of the Solaise piste. You can ski back directly to the front door.

Distance to Ski Lifts: 1-minute drive/9-minute walk to Laisinant chairlift or 2-minute drive/7-minute walk to the main village lift hub.
Distance to Val d'Isere Centre: 7-minute walk or 2-minute drive

Location & Access:

The piste back to the chalet is relatively flat and requires a bit of momentum, which can make it more challenging for snowboarders and younger children.
Apartment Lorenzo is fully wheelchair accessible with the exception of the fourth bedroom on the upper floor.
