Impressive architectural design in Val d'Isere

Brand new for the 2022/23 ski season, Etoile du Nord comprises two adjoining chalets (East Wing and West Wing) in the exclusive enclave of Petit Alaska. It is a 10-minute walk or three-minute drive from the village centre and ski lifts.

Set over five floors connected by an elevator, Etoile du Nord East Wing is accessed via a private tunnelled entrance and shares a large garage on the basement level with West Wing. A private ski room and laundry room are also located on this level, as is a professional kitchen (not for guest use).

Internally clad in oak, the chalet is a work of art with a bronzed steel staircase acting as a centrepiece. The impressive top floor's open-plan living and dining area features a spectacular mountain backdrop.

Relax on comfortable sofas around the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy meals created in the bespoke kitchen around the dining table or at the central stone island.

Etoile du Nord East Wing has seven generous bedrooms, accommodating 12 adults and three children. Three of the six bedrooms can be configured as twins or doubles, and all have en-suite marble bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a spacious bunk room located off the cinema room. When required, this whole space can be opened up to allow for a larger games/children's play area.

The cinema room has a large sofa area for movie nights along with a stylish, fully-stocked bar. A perspex window offers a view through to the swimming pool.

One of the main highlights at Etoile du Nord East Wing is the indoor/outdoor swimming pool, which is separated from the elements by a retractable glass wall that can be lowered or lifted as you wish. It is also possible to adjust the depth of the pool. The spa is also home to a large steam room, a shower, relaxation area and massage room. Doors lead out onto an outdoor terrace with a hot tub.

Location

Etoile du Nord is located in the Petit Alaska enclave. Ideally located for skiing, the chalet is a quick drive from Val d'Isère’s main lift hub, home to the Solaise Gondola, Olympique Cable Car, ski school meeting points, and lively après-ski spots. Alternatively, it's a short drive to La Daille to begin your day on the slopes. The resort centre is equally convenient.

Distance to Ski Lifts: 10-minute walk or 4-minute drive to main lift hub, or 3-minute drive to La Daille.
