As a gateway to the Three Valleys network, St. Martin provides skiers with a blend of easy, scenic runs close to the village and direct links to challenging slopes further into the valleys. It takes less than 15 minutes to reach the ridge separating St-Martin-de-Belleville and Meribel.
From here, you can ski back down to the resort on a variety of blues and reds, down to Les Menuires, or into Meribel and on to Courchevel. The sheer volume of skiing on offer is staggering.
The St. Martin 1 gondola takes you to the main Tougnète area, where you’ll find red and blue runs ideal for intermediates and beginners, including scenic blue pistes like Biolley and Loy. For more advanced terrain, skiers can head toward the neighbouring Méribel valley or continue on to the challenging runs at La Masse in Les Menuires, known for its steep descents and excellent off-piste options.
One of the highlights for confident skiers is the red Jerusalem piste, a beautiful, rolling run that meanders down to the village through snowy fields, making it a favourite for skiers who enjoy well-groomed yet varied slopes.
The area around St. Martin is quieter than some of the better-known resorts, which means shorter lift queues, less crowded slopes, and a more peaceful experience.
