La Tzoumaz ski holidays are ideal for children looking to try skiing for the first time with a great ski school and numerous areas dedicated to the younger members of the family. With experienced and highly qualified instructors, the smallest children can enjoy the Swiss Snow Village together whilst older children can discover this fun winter sport through group lessons.
In the snow village, the La Tzoumaz ski school will get children sliding with the mascot Snowli and provide the opportunity to also take part in the Swiss Snow League, a scheme in which skiers and snowboarders work their way through different levels to improve their winter sports skills. On the outskirts of the village, the nursery slope is the ideal spot to put into action what you have learned on a gentle and quiet slope.
For the older children in your group, group lessons are available and the Red League gives more experienced children the chance to cover a different theme each day.
For something a little different, adults and children alike can enjoy the Audi Quattro Funslope which provides playful elements such as bridges, tunnels and a 10-metre-long snail that is especially popular among children. The area also includes boxes and smaller jumps to enjoy.
La Tzoumaz restaurants are also well suited to families. Located at the bottom of the slopes, Le Blanc has a welcoming terrace with pizzas and burgers made from local ingredients whilst families wanting to venture a little further can enjoy numerous family-friendly restaurants in Verbier.
