Brunnenhof 1 occupies the ground floor of the Brunnenhof residence, five minutes on foot from the Schlosskopf chairlift and 10 minutes from the centre of Lech. The 87m² apartment sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
Traditional wooden floors and panelled walls are combined with contemporary furnishings in shades of blue and grey throughout the open-plan living area.
The seating area accommodates up to six guests, while the adjoining dining table seats four. A large kitchen completes the room.
Two bedrooms have fixed double beds, televisions and mountain views through large windows. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, while the second bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate guest WC.
Guests have access to the Brunnenhof residence’s shared indoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam. A shared ski locker, Sonos sound system and one parking space are also available.
