Apartment Brunnenhof 3 occupies the first floor of the Brunnenhof Residence, five minutes on foot from the Schlosskopf chairlift and 10 minutes from central Lech. The apartment covers 145 m², with the living space and bedrooms arranged on a single floor.

The open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen combine contemporary furnishings with vintage ski photography and displays of preserved equipment referencing the area’s mountaineering history. A sofa and armchairs provide seating for six, while a central column housing the television separates the lounge from the dining area.

An electric fireplace faces the dining table, which seats up to eight guests. The adjoining kitchen overlooks the room, and doors beside the dining area open onto the balcony.

The master bedroom has a small seating area, television and balcony access, together with an en-suite bathroom containing a bath and separate shower. The remaining two bedrooms can each be arranged with twin or double beds and have en-suite shower rooms.
