Set on the Vallée de la Manche side of Morzine, Chalet Asgard has a peaceful mountain setting while remaining within a short drive of the village centre and lifts. The Nyon gondola is the closest access point, with the Pléney and Super Morzine lifts also easily reached by car.
Inside, the chalet combines reclaimed wood, pale walls and soft furnishings for a warm alpine feel. The main living and dining area is the focal point of the property, with double-height vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and large windows looking towards the surrounding trees and mountains.
A suspended wood-burning fireplace sits at the centre of the room, while glass doors open onto the wrap-around balcony. The dining area is well placed for meals together, with the kitchen tucked just around the corner and a breakfast bar for more informal moments during the day.
Chalet Asgard sleeps up to 12 adults and four children across five double bedrooms and one family room. Three en-suite double bedrooms and the family room are on the first floor, with the family room made up of two single beds and two sets of bunks. A further double bedroom is on the second floor, while the final double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level above the living area.
After skiing, guests can use the outdoor hot tub, Swedish sauna and rainwater shower. Practical facilities include a ski room, laundry room, garage parking for three cars.
