Chalet Cascades is set on the edge of Morzine, towards the Vallée de la Manche, with views across the Dranse valley and towards Pointe de Nyon. The chalet feels slightly removed from the busier streets, yet remains very close to the Nyon cable car and only a short drive or walk from the centre of resort.
Arranged over three floors, the chalet covers 350m² and is designed around open living and mountain views.
The main floor brings together the kitchen, dining area, lounge and bar, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto a covered wrap-around balcony.
The bedrooms are spread across the two lower levels. Three en-suite bedrooms sit on the middle floor, each with private balcony access and valley views. Two further en-suite bedrooms are on the lower floor, both with terrace access. One of these includes two raised single beds above the main bed, making it best suited to children.
The cinema and games room is on the middle floor, with a wrap-around sofa and table football. On the lower level, the gym and glass-fronted sauna open towards the terrace, where the outdoor hot tub looks out across the same mountain scenery. Practical facilities include a ski room and garage parking for two vehicles.

Space & Layout:
- There are no barriers or fences between the lower-level decking and the outside areas, so younger children should be supervised.
- The rear of the property faces out over the valley towards Morzine and enjoys some spectacular mountain views across the Dents Blanches mountain range
- An additional bed can be set up in the gym if required.
