Chalet Pescosta occupies a sunny residential position close to the Miara lift and the centre of San Vigilio di Marebbe. Natural materials feature throughout the 530 m² chalet, which is arranged over four floors and holds CasaClima A Nature certification.
The top floor is devoted to open-plan living and dining, with large windows and terraces overlooking the Dolomites, San Vigilio and the Erta World Cup piste. Sofas are arranged around the fireplace, while the solid wood dining table seats 12. There is an open kitchen as well as a separate service kitchen.
Six en-suite bedrooms are arranged across the two floors below. Two king-size double bedrooms on the ground floor open directly onto the terrace. The first floor has three further king-size double bedrooms and a children’s bedroom sleeping two, together with two balconies.
After skiing, the private spa has an indoor counter-current pool with chromotherapy, a Finnish and bio sauna, and a relaxation lounge. Sliding glass doors open onto the terrace, where loungers and seating are joined by an outdoor kitchen and barbecue during summer.
The basement contains a ski room with heated boot dryers, secure bicycle storage, laundry facilities and garage parking for four vehicles. A lift connects every floor.
