Set high above Verbier in the Sonalon area, Chalet Nyumba enjoys a quiet, private position with commanding views across the valley. The chalet is slightly removed from the centre of the resort, but the included 24-hour driver service makes reaching Savoleyres, Médran and Place Centrale straightforward throughout the day and evening.
Inside, the chalet has a warm alpine style with a distinctive mix of timber, leather, carved details and African-inspired artwork. The main living and dining area has a double-height ceiling, large picture windows and a fireplace. The dining table seats up to 14 guests, with the kitchen positioned alongside.
Chalet Nyumba sleeps 12 adults and two children across seven bedrooms. The master suite sits on the top floor, with a fireplace, private balcony, adjoining office and en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are arranged across the lower levels and include several king-size doubles, a twin/super-king room, a mezzanine twin room and a children’s room with a king-size bed and three singles. Adjoining the chalet, a self-contained guest mazot with a small kitchenette and dining area adds further flexibility for families or guests who may appreciate a little more independence.
Entertainment is well covered, with a cinema room, separate TV room, children’s playroom and wine cave. Finished in Italian marble and positioned to make the most of the valley views, Chalet Nyuumba's extensive spa includes an L-shaped indoor swimming pool with adjustable floor depth and counter-current, as well as a hammam, sauna, plunge pool, massage room and outdoor hot tub.
