Arla Grand Alpine Home is one of three independent residences within Arla Luxury Home in Lech’s Tannberg district. Arranged over three floors, it has its own living areas, spa and ski room, allowing it to be rented privately or combined with one or both of the neighbouring suites for a larger group.
The top floor is includes an open-plan living and dining area, with an open fireplace, generous sofa seating and a balcony overlooking the Omeshorn and Rüfikopf.
The kitchen is positioned around the corner from the dining area.
Both bedrooms are arranged on the floor below and have terrace access. Each is furnished with a double bed and has an open en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower and twin washbasins. One bedroom also includes a sofa.
Downstairs, the entertainment room has a private cinema, bar, table football and pinball machine. The adjoining spa includes a sauna, hammam, massage room and relaxation area, giving guests a varied choice of facilities.

- Arla Grand Alpine Home forms part of Arla Luxury Home. The building contains two further residences: the Vintage Suite for two guests and the Modern Art Suite for up to four guests. The units can be rented in different combinations or together to accommodate up to 10 guests.
- Grand Alpine Home retains its own spa and ski facilities when booked independently.

Arla Grand Alpine Home is located a short walk from both lift hubs on either side of the valley in Lech. The centre of town is also only a few minutes on foot, allowing you to explore the local area with ease.
- Distance to Piste: 5-minute walk to Schlegelkopf slope which takes you down to the Schlegelkopf lifts.
- Distance to the Ski Lifts: 5-minute walk or a 1-minute drive to the Hinterwieslift drag lift, a 7-minute walk or a 2-minute drive to the Schlegelkopf lifts & a 5-minute walk or a 1-minute drive to the Rüfikopfbahn cable cars
