Arla Luxury Home is set on the Tannberg, five minutes on foot from the Schlegelkopf slope and central Lech. Covering approximately 600 m², the property comprises the Grand Alpine Home, Modern Art Suite and Vintage Suite, which can be booked individually, in combination or as one residence.
The main living and dining room has a large sofa, open fireplace, bar and balcony, with views towards the Omeshorn and Rüfikopf. Designer and vintage furniture is paired with natural timber throughout.
The entertainment room contains a bar, darts, table football, pinball and a multimedia system, alongside a private cinema.
Five double bedrooms are divided between the three units. The Grand Alpine Home has two en-suite bedrooms with private terraces. The Vintage Suite contains one bedroom and its own living room, kitchenette, fireplace and balcony. Two further bedrooms form the Modern Art Suite, sharing a living area, kitchenette and balcony while retaining separate en-suite bathrooms.
Two private spa areas each contain a sauna, steam bath and relaxation space, while a separate room can be used for fitness or yoga. Guests also receive complimentary access to the nearby Hotel Aurelio spa, approximately two minutes away, with its 23-metre indoor pool and thermal facilities.

Location & Access
Arla Luxury Home is located a short walk from both lift hubs on either side of the valley in Lech. The centre of town is also only a few minutes on foot, allowing you to explore the local area with ease.
- Distance to Piste: 5-minute walk to Schlegelkopf slope which takes you down to the Schlegelkopf lifts.
