Exclusive chalet with breathtaking views

Chalet Arula 1 sits beside a blue piste in Oberlech, which leads directly down towards Lech and the Schlosskopfbahn chairlift, connecting with the wider Arlberg ski area. The centre of Lech is approximately 10 minutes away on foot or five minutes by car.

Set over four floors, the chalet has an open-plan sitting and dining room arranged around an open fireplace. Large sofas offer plenty of seating, while windows, terraces and balconies overlook Lech and the surrounding mountains. A separate kitchen and office sit nearby.

A party and entertainment room includes a bar, log-burning fireplace, Steinway piano, casino table, shuffleboard, games and a library. Elsewhere, there is a private cinema with its own popcorn machine and a wine cellar with a selection of Austrian and international wines

Nine bedrooms accommodate 16 adults and six children. These comprise a principal bedroom, six double bedrooms, a family suite sleeping two adults and two children, and a separate bunk room for four children.

The private spa contains a 14-metre indoor swimming pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath and cold plunge. More specialised facilities include halotherapy loungers, a flotation bed, cryotherapy chamber, hyperbaric facilities and rooms for sound healing, massage and clinical treatments. A gym, yoga studio, relaxation area and vital bar complete the indoor facilities, with a heated hot tub positioned on the terrace.

Chalet Arula 1's wellness area is focused on longevity, with a cold plunge and cryotherapy chamber to activate your immune system, halotherapy to open your airways, a hyperbaric capsule to reduce inflammation, and a flotation bed for relaxation and muscle relief.

Suitability for Large Groups:

For larger groups, Chalet Arula 1 can be rented together with Arula 2, a four-bedroom chalet just next door, sleeping up to 30 guests in total. The two chalets link through the garage, or a secret hidden door behind the bookshelf in the main lounge area.

Location & Access

Chalet Arula 1 is positioned on the slopes in Oberlech with the piste leading down to Lech and the Schlosskopfbahn chairlift, while the village centre is also accessible by car.
