Good to Know
Space & Layout:
- The sauna can only be accessed through the master suite.
- Only the master suite has an en-suite bathroom; the remaining four bedrooms share two shower rooms between them.
- The ski room is shared with four other apartments, although guests have their own private ski locker.
- For larger groups, when two apartments are taken in combination, 20 guests can dine together in this apartment.
- For those self-driving, the apartment has an underground parking space available upon request.

Located on the top floor of the Nidus residence, Nidus Penthouse is located to the north of central Lech, a short walk from the lifts and the village centre.
- Distance to Ski Lifts: 6-minute walk to Schlosskopf chairlift or 10-minute walk to Schlegelkopf lift.
