The elevator doors open directly into Nidus Penthouse, revealing a light-filled home above the rooftops of Lech. From the entrance hall, the apartment opens into a generous living and dining room where double-height ceilings and French windows draw the eye towards the mountains.

Traditional timber, oak flooring and soft fabrics bring warmth to the interiors. After skiing, there is room for everyone to sink into the sofas, watch a film or simply spend time together.

At the other end of the room, the dining table seats 10 beside the open kitchen. French windows lead onto the terrace, where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or drinks as the light fades over the surrounding peaks.

Nidus Penthouse sleeps eight adults and two children in five beautiful bedrooms. The master suite has a double bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and private sauna. Three further bedrooms can be configured as doubles or twins, giving families and groups of friends welcome flexibility. Two share one shower room, while the third shares another with the children’s bunk room.

The residence has a shared ski room with heated boot warmers, along with private laundry facilities and one outdoor parking space.

Good to Know

Space & Layout:

The sauna can only be accessed through the master suite.
Only the master suite has an en-suite bathroom; the remaining four bedrooms share two shower rooms between them.
The ski room is shared with four other apartments, although guests have their own private ski locker.

For larger groups, when two apartments are taken in combination, 20 guests can dine together in this apartment.
For those self-driving, the apartment has an underground parking space available upon request.

Location & Access

Located on the top floor of the Nidus residence, Nidus Penthouse is located to the north of central Lech, a short walk from the lifts and the village centre.

Distance to Ski Lifts: 6-minute walk to Schlosskopf chairlift or 10-minute walk to Schlegelkopf lift.
Distance to Lech Centre: 10-minute walk/3-minute drive or bus-ride.
Distance to Bus Stop: 1-minute walk
