Surrounded by nature with no neighbouring properties in front, the chalet provides total tranquillity while remaining within easy reach of central Méribel and the slopes. When conditions allow, experienced skiers can enjoy ski-in access directly to the garden via an off-piste route from the blue Raffort piste.

At the heart of the chalet is a light-filled open-plan living and dining area, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the alpine surroundings. A kitchen with a marble island opens onto a dining area that seats eight, while a central fireplace brings a warm and inviting ambience to the lounge.

Step out onto the expansive wrap-around balcony, where you’ll find a private outdoor dining table and hot tub - ideal for soaking under the stars. Alternatively, relax in the cosy TV room, separated from the living area by a partial wall.

Spanning four floors, the chalet comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across five beautifully designed bedrooms. On the lower level, a charming bunk room for four children sits beside a stylish en-suite double. The main sleeping quarters are located on the upper floors, including three spacious twin/double rooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and private balconies. The generous master suite offers the perfect retreat with a private balcony and luxurious walk-in shower.

Additional features include a well-equipped ski room with boot warmers, a laundry room, and a separate games room with table football - perfect for entertaining the children after a day on the slopes.
