Positioned on the Joux Plan road, Chalet Genepi is a modern chalet within walking distance of Morzine’s shops, restaurants and bars. Set below the Pleney slopes, it offers mountain views, bright interiors and a practical layout.
The main living area occupies the top floor, where high ceilings and large windows bring in plenty of natural light. Sofas are arranged around the log fireplace, while doors open onto a furnished terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains. The dining table seats 12 guests, with an adjoining kitchen and breakfast bar creating an easy space for relaxed meals at the chalet.
A second lounge on the entrance level gives guests another space to relax. With a bar, pool table and television, it works well as a separate area for children, teenagers or later evenings after dinner. From here, guests can step outside to unwind in the terrace hot tub.
Chalet Genepi sleeps up to 10 adults and two children across six bedrooms. On the top floor, a double bedroom and bunk room share a Jack and Jill shower room, forming a natural family suite. Three further en-suite bedrooms are located on the floor below, while the final en-suite double bedroom sits beside the second lounge on the entrance level.
On the lower level, the chalet has a double garage, laundry room and ski room with heated boot racks.
