Set within gated grounds a short distance from the centre of Morzine, The Sapphire Estate brings together the main Chalet Sapphire with the adjacent Little Gem residence. Together, they sleep up to 16 guests across eight bedrooms, with a large south-facing terrace, parking for multiple vehicles and separate staff access adding to the sense of privacy.
Chalet Sapphire is the main residence, arranged across several levels with a boot room on the entrance floor, complete with heated boot and glove warmers and a piste webcam. Upstairs, the main living room has a feature fireplace, comfortable seating and an inset balcony, while the dining room centres around a handcrafted Balinese table seating 16 guests. The professional kitchen sits separately, with an additional service kitchen allowing guests to see some of the cooking and finishing without the main preparation taking place in the dining space.
Sapphire Estate has plenty of space to relax and chill out after a day on the slopes - the bar and lounge area with pool table, TV and direct terrace access on the lowest level of the chalet is perfect for this. There is also a cinema room with digital surround sound and games consoles.
However, it is the extensive spa that makes this chalet really special. Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool featuring massage and counter-current swim jets or cool down in the ice chamber with chromotherapy. There is also a hammam with aromatherapy and hydrotherapy shower. For ultimate relaxation head to the relaxation area and dedicated treatment room for a rejuvenating massage or treatment. A gym is equipped with cardio and strength conditioning equipment if you are in need of a work-out.
Two stunning master suites with super-king/twin beds and impressive views are located on the ground floor. A third master suite is located on the lower level, along with two super-king/twin bedrooms featuring en-suite bathrooms and forest views. The sixth bedroom on the lowest level has super-king/twin beds, an en-suite shower room and direct access to the main terrace.
Adjacent to the main chalet is Little Gem which offers a further two en-suite bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living area and kitchen in its own right.

Location & Access
Sapphire Estate is set in private grounds within an easy walk of Morzine’s village centre. The Super Morzine cable car is approximately 500 metres away, while the Prodains cable car is a short drive away for access to the higher slopes of Avoriaz.
