Located in the traditional hamlet of Le Fornet, Chalet Col Pers is approximately 140 metres from the Fornet cable car and a five-minute drive from central Val d’Isère. The chalet covers 850 m² across four levels, with an elevator connecting the floors.
The top floor is dedicated to the living spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the surrounding mountains, while exposed timber, reclaimed wood and natural stone give the interiors a traditional alpine feel. Three sofas are arranged around the central fireplace, with the dining area and open kitchen completing the room.
The kitchen includes a Lacanche range, Teppanyaki grill, steamer and two ovens, alongside a breakfast table and pantry. Outside, the terrace has a brazier and panoramic mountain views.
All five bedrooms are located on the first floor. Four have king-size double beds and en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms, while the family room contains two double beds and two elevated single beds. This room can accommodate up to six guests and works particularly well for children, teenagers or a family sharing.
The spa includes a heated indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, sauna and hammam. There is also a dedicated massage room and a separate gym. Away from the main living area, the TV room provides another space for films or sporting events. Practical facilities include a ski room at the entrance, a laundry room and garage parking.
