The property is positioned an eight-minute drive from Arabba, which is the starting point for the famous Sella Ronda ski circuit. Built in 1870, Casa Tra Cime has been transformed from an old farmhouse into a beautifully restored home, oozing with contemporary luxury.

At the heart of the property is a stunning double-height open-plan living space, featuring traditional beams and partially exposed stone walls. Sofas are set around a grand fireplace which is connected to the dining area and ultra-modern and fully-equipped kitchen. Above the living area is a mezzanine which spreads over the entire width of the chalet, providing an extra lounge area and uninterrupted views over the valley.

The property can accommodate up to 10 guests in four generously-sized master bedrooms with king-size beds. Two bedrooms feature original Stubes which adds to the character of the property. Two bedrooms also have smaller connecting bedrooms, ideal for children. The property has three bathrooms with walk-in rain showers, one of which also has a large modern bathtub.

On the lowest level of the chalet is a ski room equipped with a boot heater and a wine cellar which contains a selection of Italian wines. Casa Tra Cime has several balconies offering panoramic views of the Sella massif, Marmolada glacier and Civetta mountain range. A south-facing garden surrounds the house - perfect for soaking up the sun when the weather is warm.
