We are really excited to announce the launch of our new experience this winter. Partnering with KSH Management and Kando Events, we've designed an experience that combines Michelin-starred dining with exhilarating high-altitude skiing across Switzerland, Italy and France. We recognise the demand for alpine experiences that go beyond just hitting the slopes and are sure that this experience will create lifelong memories for our guests.

About KSH Management

Founded by Kirsty Stanley Hughes in 2010, KSH Management provides access to the world's greatest Michelin-starred chefs and sommeliers. KSH Management's brigade has grown in recent years to include some of the UK's finest chefs. These include Jason Atherton, Atul Kochhar, Simon Rogan, Phil Howard, Ollie Dabbous, Tom Kitchin, Eric Chavot and Adam Handling.

What does the "Chefs at New Heights Experience" involve?

As a result of our partnership with KSH Management, we now have access to an incredible portfolio of chefs who can add that total wow factor to your ski holiday. Imagine waking up to breakfast cooked by Jason Atherton or a divine tasting menu served up by Simon Rogan? As always, our experiences are totally bespoke, taking into account your preferred destination, specific luxury chalet and chef of choice.

During your stay, not only will your chef cook unsurpassable meals in the chalet, but also on the slopes. Imagine, for example, being whisked by helicopter to the top of the mountain to watch the sunrise whilst Phil Howard creates an indulgent breakfast to power your run back down through untouched powder. Alternatively, you might like to ski to a remote location where the team will have created a magical setting, complete with ice sculptures, ice-carved tables and an abundance of faux-fur throws to ward off the chill. Here, a sumptuous dinner prepared by your chef will be enjoyed under the darkening winter skies before you embark on an adventurous night ski back down to the luxury of your chalet.

When not cooking up mouth-watering feasts, your chef may even join you on the slopes. Phil Howard, for example, is a keen skier and owns a chalet and restaurant in La Plagne so would be only too happy to swap his chef's hat for ski boots.

Should you wish to develop your cooking skills, there's also the opportunity to enjoy a private cooking lesson with your chef, learning how to recreate some of those Michelin-worthy dishes at home. For serious foodies, this really is an experience of a lifetime.
