Contemporary lakeside villa

Villa du Lac is located on the shores of Lake Geneva and beside La Réserve Genève hotel. Designed by Rémi Tessier, the stylish glass-fronted villa covers 385 m² across two floors, with a private elevator connecting the levels. Full-height windows look across the garden and Lake Geneva towards the Alps and Mont Blanc.

The lower level includes two sitting areas, a TV lounge and dining room. Cream leather, natural stone and concrete give the interiors a pared-back, contemporary feel, while carefully chosen artwork introduces colour.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and has its own dining area and access to the terrace.

The two main bedrooms open onto a shared balcony overlooking the lake. The master has a private bathroom and dressing room, along with an adjoining fitness room that can be converted into an additional bedroom if required. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room. A third bedroom on the lower level can accommodate children or accompanying staff, such as a nanny or security personnel.

Guests staying at the villa have access to the Nescens Spa, with indoor and seasonal outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, hammam, fitness facilities, tennis courts and treatment rooms. The hotel’s three restaurants are also nearby, alongside La Petite Réserve children’s club.
