Set in the Omesberg area of Lech, Apartment Lech II combines contemporary interiors with wide south-and west-facing balconies. The village centre is within walking distance, with a ski bus stopping outside for easy access to the slopes.

The sitting room pairs an L-shaped sofa with a stone fireplace for cosy evenings. A long wooden dining table shares the open-plan space, while the kitchen is set slightly apart, with a central island and breakfast nook.

Doors lead onto a wrap-around balcony furnished with a sofa and dining nook. Take coffee outside in the morning or linger over an après-ski drink, with heat lamps adding warmth on colder days. On the upper balcony, a hanging seat offers a spot to settle with a book.

Four en-suite bedrooms sleep eight, all with balcony access. The principal suite has a dressing room and two balconies, with a bathroom that doubles as a private spa. After skiing, unwind in its glass-fronted sauna or steam shower, or take in views towards the Rote Wand from the freestanding bath beneath vaulted windows.

The sauna can only be accessed via the master suite.

Location & Access

Apartment Lech II is located in Omesberg, with walking paths and cross-country trails accessible nearby. The ski bus stops directly outside, connecting with the lifts and the village centre.

Distance to Piste: If you're returning from Zürs, you can ski back down the Rinderhütte-Lech red piste to within a short walk of the chalet.
Distance to Ski Lifts: 10-minute walk/ 3-minute drive to Rüfikopfbahn lift or 4-minute drive to the cable car, which delivers you to Oberlech.
Distance to Lech Centre: 12-minute walk/3-minute drive
