Set over two floors within Severin*s Alpine Retreat, The Residence offers 423m² of living space for up to eight guests. It has its own private entrance and the feel of a self-contained mountain home, while still being connected to the hotel’s facilities via an internal route.

The main living space sits on the upper floor, arranged around a double-sided fireplace. On one side, a relaxed sitting area with a grand piano and large TV looks out towards the mountains; on the other, a dining area, breakfast corner and open kitchen create a sociable setting for meals together. The interiors are contemporary and detailed, with Minotti furniture, Wittmann box-spring beds, Loewe televisions, Revox sound systems and iPad-controlled lighting and multimedia.

The Residence sleeps eight guests across four suites. The south-facing master suite is particularly generous, with a fireplace, walk-in wardrobe and bathtub positioned to take in the mountain views. A second suite also has a freestanding bath by the window, while the two remaining suites are smaller but still finished to a high level.

For evenings in, the private cinema room provides an additional space to relax away from the main living area. Outside, the terrace hot tub is a natural place to unwind after skiing.

Guests also have access to the hotel spa, which includes an indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, experience showers and fitness room.The hotel’s restaurant, bar and wine cellar add further flexibility, particularly for groups who want the option of dining out without travelling into the centre of Lech.

Location & Access:

The Residence has its own separate entrance from Severin*s Alpine Retreat, reached directly from the basement car park via a private lift.

Wellness & Amenities:

The Residence has its own outdoor hot tub on the terrace. Further wellness facilities are available in the hotel spa, including the indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, fitness room and treatment areas. These facilities are shared with guests staying in the hotel’s nine suites.
One parking space per suite is available in the hotel’s own basement car park
