Extending over two floors, The Residence at Severin*s Alpine Retreat is located in Stubenbach, around a six-minute drive from the centre of Lech. Linked underground to the "Alpine Retreat", a nine-suite hotel, guests have use of all of the facilities of the hotel, including a spa, restaurant, bar and underground parking. Elevators provide access to all floors in both The Residence and hotel.

The Residence has its own private entrance and 423 m² of living space. On the upper floor is a spacious open plan living area with a double-sided fireplace. On one side is a sitting area with a grand piano and large flat-screen TV and on the other a more formal dining area, breakfast corner and well-equipped kitchen.

The Residence is able to accommodate up to eight guests across four sumptuous suites. The vast south-facing master suite has a mountain-view bathtub set beside a fireplace, a huge walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. A second spacious suite has a roll-top bath overlooking the mountains. There are two smaller suites which are nonetheless impressive.

The Residence has its own state-of-the-art cinema room as well as an outdoor hot tub on the terrace. Guests can also relax in the hotel spa which has a swimming pool, sauna and Technogym.
