With the Schlosskopf chairlift six minutes away on foot and central Lech within a 10-minute walk, Nidus Apartment 2 is a spacious base for eight guests. Occupying the ground floor of the Nidus Residence, the 195 m² apartment has four bedrooms, generous shared spaces and a south-facing terrace overlooking Lech and the surrounding mountains.
Neutral tones, traditional timber and soft fabrics give the interiors a warm, contemporary feel.
The open-plan living and dining room has a large sofa, television and fireplace, alongside an oversized rocking chair positioned beside the fire. The dining table seats 10 and the adjoining kitchen is fully equipped. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with natural light, while sliding doors lead onto the terrace.
Two bedrooms also open onto the terrace. The master has a king-size bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room, while the second can be arranged as a double or twin and also has an en-suite shower room. Two further twin/double bedrooms share a shower room with twin washbasins.
The residence has a shared ski room with heated boot warmers, while the apartment has private laundry facilities and one outdoor parking space.
