Balegia Apartment 3 occupies the first floor of the Balegia Residence. The 220 m² apartment is arranged across one level, just one minute on foot from the Schlosskopf chairlift and a short walk from central Lech.
Natural wood, soft lighting and contemporary furnishings give the interiors a clean, minimalist feel. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light into the open-plan living and dining room and open onto a balcony overlooking Lech. Sofas face the television and fireplace, while the dining table seats eight. A compact, well-equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area.
The apartment sleeps eight guests in four en-suite bedrooms. The principal double bedroom has a dressing area, balcony access and an en-suite shower room with a private sauna. Three further bedrooms can each be configured as a double or twin. Two have en-suite shower rooms and the third has an en-suite bathroom.
The residence’s shared spa extends across two floors. The ground floor contains an indoor swimming pool, champagne lounge, massage room, tea bar and heated stone seating, with a covered hot tub outside. Upstairs, there is a sauna, relaxation room, heated terrace and a gym and yoga studio.
Guests also have access to a shared ski room with heated boot warmers. Private laundry facilities and one outdoor parking space are available.
