Ula Signature 102 occupies the ground floor of a newly built residence in Lech’s Omesberg district. Its elevated, south-west-facing position overlooks the surrounding landscape toward the Omeshorn, while the centre of Lech is about 10 minutes away on foot.

The apartment’s open-plan living and dining room is arranged around a fireplace, with sofas, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.

Timber, neutral fabrics, and darker stone and metal details give the interiors a contemporary Alpine feel. Doors lead onto a large private terrace with an outdoor hot tub.
