Family chalet with private & shared spa facilities

Chalech M is one of five properties within the Chalech residence, a short walk from the Schlosskopf chairlift and ten minutes on foot from central Lech. The chalet is arranged across three floors, all connected by an elevator and stairs.

The top floor is dedicated to the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Wood-panelled walls and muted fabrics provide the backdrop, while a glass-enclosed wood-burning fireplace rises from a marble base between the sitting and dining spaces. The dining table seats 12, and the kitchen has a central island with four stools and a dedicated wine cabinet.

Sliding doors open onto a semi-enclosed furnished terrace with heating lamps and mountain views. A separate TV snug sits behind the living room.

Five adult bedrooms and a children’s bunk room are divided between the two lower floors. The master suite on Level 1 has a king-size bed, open-plan bathroom with a freestanding bath and television, bioethanol fireplace, walk-in wardrobe and private balcony. Four further guest bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The bunk room is on Level 0 and uses the shower room within the private spa.

Chalech M’s private spa includes a sauna, hammam, relaxation area, rain shower and terrace access. Guests can also use the Chalech residence’s shared wellness area, where there is an indoor swimming pool, tepidarium, gym and additional relaxation space.

Guests staying in Chalech M have access to a shared ski and boot room with lockers allocated to the chalet and boot warmers.
Two indoor & two outdoor parking spaces are available

Location & Access

Chalech M is well placed for both skiing and the village, just a short walk from the Schlosskopf chairlift and a pleasant stroll from the Schlegelkopf lift, with Lech centre only a few minutes away on foot or by car. The residence is close to three bus stops with buses passing frequently, making it very convenient for accessing the slopes and the town.
