Chalech S is one of five properties within the Chalech residence, three minutes on foot from the Schlosskopf chairlift and 10 minutes from central Lech. The chalet covers 400 m² across four levels, connected by an elevator and stairs.
The top floor is dedicated to the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Double-height ceilings and windows give the room a generous sense of space, while the central fireplace divides the sitting and dining areas. Sliding glass doors open onto a covered balcony overlooking the village and surrounding mountains.
The dining table can seat 12, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar, matt-black cabinetry and a patterned tiled floor. A separate TV snug can be closed off from the living room.
The bedrooms are arranged across the two floors below. On Level 1, the master suite has a fixed double bed, seating area, walk-in wardrobe and private balcony, alongside an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate rain shower. A twin/double bedroom and an en-suite bunk room for two children are on the same floor. Three further twin/double bedrooms are located on Level 0, each with an en-suite bathroom or shower room and one with terrace access.
The private spa is also on Level 0 and includes a sauna, hammam and relaxation area. Guests can use the Chalech residence’s shared wellness facilities, where there is an indoor swimming pool, tepidarium, gym and additional relaxation space. The chalet also has a private laundry room.

Location & Access
Chalech S is well placed for both skiing and the village, just a short walk from the Schlosskopf chairlift and a pleasant stroll from the Schlegelkopf lift, with Lech centre only a few minutes away on foot or by car. The residence is close to three bus stops with buses passing frequently, making it very convenient for accessing the slopes and the town.
