Chalech 4 is one of five properties within the Chalech development, three minutes on foot from the Schlosskopf chairlift and 10 minutes from central Lech. The chalet covers 379 m² across three floors, connected by an elevator and stairs.
The top floor contains the open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views across Lech and the surrounding mountains, while glass doors lead onto the balcony. A wood-burning fireplace sits in one corner of the lounge, and the dining table accommodates up to 14 guests. The kitchen overlooks the dining area and provides plenty of storage and preparation space.
The master suite is also located on the top floor. Its freestanding bath and twin washbasins are open to the bedroom, with a separate shower and WC. Three further double bedrooms occupy Level 1, including two that share access to a balcony. On Level 0, a fifth double bedroom sits close to the quad bunk room, which has a separate shower room next door.
In addition to its private spa area, guests staying at Chalech 4 also have access to a second wellness area which is shared between the other apartments. Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, tepidarium and a well-equipped gym. There is also a shared ski room with private ski lockers.
The ground floor also houses the private spa, comprising a sauna, hammam, shower and relaxation area. Guests can use the Chalech residence’s shared wellness facilities, where there is an indoor swimming pool, tepidarium, gym and additional relaxation space. A separate TV room with an L-shaped sofa, large screen and fridge provides another area for films or time away from the living room.

Chalech 4 is well placed for both skiing and the village, just a short walk from the Schlosskopf chairlift and a pleasant stroll from the Schlegelkopf lift, with Lech centre only a few minutes away on foot or by car. The residence is close to three bus stops with buses passing frequently, making it very convenient for accessing the slopes and the town.
