Private residence on the slopes of Oberlech

Chalet N sits at 1,660 metres in Oberlech, with direct access to a blue piste leading into the Ski Arlberg lift network. Arranged across five floors, the chalet looks over Lech and the surrounding mountains, with the village centre a short drive away.

The entrance floor opens into a vast sitting room, leading to a fireside lounge and bar framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. Two dining rooms offer a choice of settings for meals, while the terrace stretches along the mountain-facing side of the chalet. Several seating areas, an outdoor bar and hot tub overlook a 180-degree panorama of the mountains and Lech below.

Ten suites accommodate 18 adults and four children. Each of the nine adult suites has a private sitting area, dressing room, en-suite bathroom and balcony with mountain views. The principal penthouse suite is arranged around an open fireplace, while the children’s suite has bunk beds for four and its own sitting area. Wood, exposed beams and natural fabrics are set against fireplaces framed in dark stone and metal.

The lower levels are devoted to relaxation. The wine cellar includes a chef’s table for private tastings and dinners, while the adjoining cinema provides a separate space for films and games. In the spa, an indoor pool sits beneath timber ceilings supported by columns of local stone. A hay sauna, a Finnish sauna, and a salt-tunnel steam bath are balanced by an ice fountain and a cold pool, with outdoor hot tubs set in the snow. Massage and beauty treatment rooms, a hair salon and gym complete the facilities.

Location & Access

Chalet N is positioned directly within the ski area at 1,660 metres in Oberlech. The chalet provides access to a blue piste connecting with the wider Ski Arlberg area.

Distance to Piste: Ski-in/ski-out via the blue Grubenalpe–Oberlech–Lech piste, which leads all the way down to Lech village and the chairlift.
Distance to Ski Lifts: Short ski down to Schlosskopf chairlift or the Petersboden chairlift.
Distance to Lech Centre: 7-minute drive
